We encourage and invite table vendors to attend Food Truck Friday. Local businesses and non-profits are encouraged to decorate their tables in a fun way and include activities for Food Truck Friday participants to join in on.
Table Vendor Checklist & Fees

Food Truck Friday 2023 Application.

$100.00 per event if you have retail sales/ service sales. $125.00 per event if electricity is required with retails sales

$50.00 per event for recruitment/informational type booths. $75.00 per event if electricity is required.

$0 for Non-profit vendors. $25.00 per event if electricity is required.

Certificate of Business Liability Insurance

Jasper County Merchant License

Jasper County Health Department Inspection (Annual or Temporary)

City of Carthage Business License ($50 annual I $25 after July 1)

Occupancy Inspection - Carthage Public Works ($25)
