Sparkle in the Park is a spectacular light display put on by Carthage Water & Electric Plant (CWEP), covering nearly every inch of Central Park, turning the park into a festive Winter Wonderland.
Join CWEP & the Carthage community on the evening of Monday, November 28th at 6PM as the lights are turned on to kick off this Carthage holiday tradition!
Sparkle in the Park will be open to the public starting Monday, November 28th until Sunday, January 1st from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am, daily.
